Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) Through PayPal
Bank Transfer is available by request (This method might delay shipment until funds have cleared)
Telegraphic Transfer (For international customers only. There maybe a surcharge for this method due to bank fees)
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. if another method of payment was used and a refund is required we will request details from you.
There may be a surcharge for payments by PayPal and Credit Cards. This will be displayed at the checkout stage and you can cancel the truncation if you choose.
All orders are shipped ASAP.
We will inform you within 24 hours if delays are expected
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
TNT / Fed-Ex (International and Domestic)
For non residential deliveries within Australia. If residential delivery, additional costs apply. Re-delivery costs apply if required.
For international deliveries, please ask for a quote before payment / checkout. The cost can be added to the order.
Australia Post (International and Domestic)
For international destination, please contact us by email or phone to discuss other desired options prior to payment / checkout.
For Pickups, Warehouse hours are
Monday - Thursday 9am - 4:00pm
Friday 9am - 2:00pm
** Note, If pick up is desired, make sure you have confirmation that your order is ready prior to your arrival.
** Note, Loss of your time is not our responsibility.
** Note, Pick will not be available until payment has been cleared in our account.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight or volume of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Domestic online orders must use an option available at checkout.
** Note, Do Not arrange any freight pick up until unless we inform you to do so. We can arrange most all couriers to pick up on your behalf.
** Note, If sending to a residential address by TNT, there may be additional charges.
** Note, If delivery can not be accepted during the course of normal business hours, then there may be an additional charge to re-deliver or pick up from their depot.
** Note, You will accept any additional charges and you agree that these will be paid by you.
** Note, Dispatch will not be available until payment has been cleared in our account.

We are not liable in any way if an item is out of stock. This will happen from time to time even if the item is indicated as in stock.
If an item goes on back order, we will ask you if you choose to accept the items available, and ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
You may choose to adjust the order to suit the available stock and refund the amount removed.
** Note, Addition freight charges may apply to back orders.
Delivery of your order.
It is our intention to dispatch you order ASAP.
As there may be a number of orders in place before yours they will be processed in order of receipt.
If there is a potential delay due to load, we will inform you.
You will be notified when your order has been dispatched
It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if there is any damage during shipment, or missing items upon receipt.
We will not accept any claim of damaged or missing items after 2 business days from receipt of delivery.
How To Return An Item (non warranty claim)
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.
If it is for warranty claim, please see Warranty.
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Items that are sold as Specials may not be returnable. Please contact us regarding this.
NOTE: Returns are only possible if you purchased the items directly from us.

3. Include in your package a signed Document stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Except for warranty claims, all items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
After 30 days we may not accept returns or apply a 20% restocking fee.
After 60 days we will not accept returns.
A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order and fees, if any, from the payment type used weather paid by you or Eventus Global. A summary of the values can be supplied by request. It is at our discretion weather we issue a credit or refund.
